Vacancies for smart and dynamic individuals for the following positions:
 

  • Vice Principal - to manage school academic administration and compliances
     

  • Academic Heads/Supervisors - who can improve teaching quality, elevate classroom learning, provide regular feedback to students and teachers and ensure every student is successful. They will have to monitor teachers and their classroom delivery. May also need to design and implement curriculum.
     

  • Lady Counsellor - who has studied child psychology and has a minimum 3 year experience
     

  • PRO - Interface between School and Parents. Resolve all parent issues and/or direct them to the correct person. Also manage the school's public image and communication
     

  • Administrator - Oversee the daily operations of the school (Administration, Transport, Mess, Housekeeping, Estates, Repair & Maintenance, Safety & Security, etc.) to ensure a safe and productive learning environment
     

  • Admin Assistant - Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the School
     

  • Senior accountant - who can maintain daily School accounts and coordinate with parents for fee related matters
     

  • ​Hostel Warden Superintendent & Incharges - for girls hostel and boys hostel who can ensure safety and emotional well being of hostellers
     

  • TT coach - who can lead the TT academy
     

  • Teachers - For all subject for all classes: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified teachers to join us. We are hiring for all classes for a variety of subjects including English, Sciences, Mathematics, Commerce & Humanities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of all students

  • Use a variety of teaching strategies to engage students and promote learning

  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to both students and parents

  • Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement school-wide programs and activities

  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current in teaching practices and subject matter

Qualifications (exceptions made only for exceptional candidates):

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

  • CTET qualified

  • Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment

  • Passion for teaching and making a positive impact on students' lives

BENEFITS

  • Salary as per DPS Society norms.

  • Negotiable for exceptional candidates

  • VP and Academic Head / Coordinator and other senior admin roles can expect salary between Rs. 50k to 90k per month depending on grade and experience

  • Teacher Salary usually Rs. 20k to 75k pm

  • Non-teaching mid-level and junior salaries are usually between Rs. 20k to 50k pm

  • On-campus accommodation & food if required
